At Momo Studio, we work to ensure your order reaches you and your little one safely and as quickly as possible.

1. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
A flat ₹100 COD charge will be applied to all Cash on Delivery orders.

 

 

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS, along with a tracking link to monitor your delivery.

Orders are processed only on business days (Monday–Saturday), excluding public holidays.

 

 

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

Typically, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur and are beyond our control.

 

 

4. Returns & Reverse Shipping

If you request an exchange or return (as per eligibility), reverse shipping charges may apply.

All items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

5. Service Availability

Currently, Momo Studio ships across India only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) service may not be available for certain pincodes depending on courier serviceability.
