1. Products & Availability

Momo Studio offers thoughtfully designed children’s clothing made with comfort and care in mind.

We make every effort to display product colours, details, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to photography lighting, device screen settings, or natural fabric characteristics.

Product availability may change without prior notice.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the Momo Studio website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated.

We accept payments through UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and other secure digital payment methods available at checkout.

Orders will be processed once all required details are provided and the payment is successfully completed.

3. Orders & Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

An order is considered accepted once it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Momo Studio reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India.

Estimated delivery timelines will be shared during checkout. While we strive to deliver within the mentioned timeframe, delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.

Momo Studio is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges on eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange, products must be:

• Unused and unworn
• Unwashed
• In original packaging
• With all tags intact

Certain items, including discounted or promotional products, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order.
