EXCHANGE POLICY

At Momo Studio, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with care and goes through a strict quality check before it reaches your little one. 💛
However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🔄 EXCHANGE POLICY (ONLY)

We currently do not offer returns.
We only provide size exchange or product exchange within the given timeline.

📏 SIZE / PRODUCT EXCHANGE

If the fit or selection isn’t right, you can request an exchange.

Exchange conditions:

• Request must be raised within 5 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
• Original tags & packaging must be intact
• Items showing signs of use will not be accepted

Once approved and received at our facility, the replacement will be dispatched.
Delivery timeline: 7–10 working days after pickup.

🚫 NO RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns under any circumstances, except in the following cases:

• Defective product
• Incorrect item delivered

⚠️ DEFECT / WRONG ITEM

If you’ve received a defective or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos/videos along with order details

Once approved:

• Pickup will be arranged
• After inspection, a replacement will be issued (no refunds)

🚚 PICKUP & SHIPPING

• One pickup attempt will be arranged for approved requests
• Failed pickups may lead to cancellation or extra charges
• If your location is non-serviceable, you may be asked to self-ship
